Do you offer DIDs?
Yes we offer local DIDs from over 60 countries as well as Toll Free Numbers. Please open a support ticket and specify the country and code that you would like.

Do you support asterisk/trixbox?
Yes. Any SIP compatible device will work with our service.

Can I have more than 1 Device under my account?
Yes. If you need additional extensions we can add them for you. Please open a support ticket with your request.

Is it possible to have more than 2 simultaneous Outbound calls on my device?
Yes. You will need to open a support ticket to request the additional lines. A traffic commitment is required for each line provisioned on a monthly basis and an initial deposit to your account may be required.

Is it possible to have more than 2 simultaneous Inbound calls on my DID?
Yes. You will need to open a support ticket to request the additional lines. Each additional line is charged on a monthly basis.

Does the portal come in different languages?
Yes. If you do not see the language (top right corner) that you would prefer, please let us know and we can activate it.

What if I want to view the rates in my local currency?
We can activate different currencies for your referance when viewing rates. Please let us know which one you are interested in. Rates are billed in USD by default so please be aware.

Which Codecs do you support?
We support G.711u and G.729 Audio codecs as well as most all Video codecs. Other audio codecs can be used if required, please contact us.

I would like to use your Premium routes but I am set at Ultra-Premium, how do I change this?

Device Configurations

What type of devices are supported?
VCCS supports any device configuration that uses the SIP protocal. This includes popular IP-PBX systems such as trixbox, asterisk and vicidial. Hardphones and ATA devices such as Linksys and Grandstream are also supported and easily configurable.

What is a Softphone?
A Softphone allows you to make and receive calls with a VoIP service such as VCCS. You can use any Softphone which allows you to register a SIP account. There are many freely available versions such as X-Lite, as well as paid versions which generally provide additional features and options.
